Funded entirely through private donations of time, talent and treasure, this effort has the backing of the City of Modesto Parks and Recreation Department to create a new public plaza with the Rogers Fountain as its centerpiece. Many professional societies and others have signed on to provide funding and fund matching. This restoration project is about memory, loss, love, hope and beauty and will be installed at the triangle at Needham, L and Park streets.
